President for BPO Tech Clients

We are a global BPO/ITO services provider. This role will be responsible for supporting all our existing technology clients (predominantly US-based.) Primary focus will be on maximizing customer satisfaction and enhancing the income that they provide. Division President will also direct the evolution of the tech solutions that we offer to our customers.

Demonstrated effectiveness in leading a team of client support executives is required. Experience in BPO/contact center environment may be helpful, but not essential. We prefer a leader who is deeply versed in the tech space and understands the emerging opportunities  that exist there. We serve companies across the gamut of IT (from FANGs to new disruptors,) and familiarity with the leaders of a broad range of organizations will be advantageous. Prior global responsibility will be needed, and significant travel may be required.

Role is virtual office, but proximity to our Silicon Valley clients and our Technology Innovation center there is advantageous.
