Description:
We are a global ($6b) BPO/ITO services provider. This role will direct all aspects of IT across the organization, including the development of new tech solutions to support our clients. Demonstrated effectiveness in leading a team of IT executives is required. Experience in BPO/contact center environment may be helpful, but not essential. We serve companies across every vertical, and familiarity with the challenges of a broad range of organizations will be advantageous. Prior global responsibility will be needed, and significant international travel may be required.
