 We are a global BPO/ITO services provider. This role will be responsible for directing all aspects of operations in English-language countries plus Asia-Pacific ($1.6b annual revenue.) All departments within this area report to the CEO, and the CEO reports to the global Chief Operating Officer.

Demonstrated effectiveness in leading a multi-faceted team of executives is required. Experience in BPO/contact center environment is highly desirable. 

We serve companies across every vertical, and familiarity with the challenges of a broad range of organizations will be advantageous. Prior global responsibility will be needed, and significant international travel may be required.
