Description:
We are a global BPO/ITO services provider. This role will be responsible for supporting all existing clients in English-language countries plus Asia-Pacific ($1.6b annual revenue.) Primary focus will be on maximizing customer satisfaction and enhancing the income that they provide.
Demonstrated effectiveness in leading a team of client support executives is required. Experience in BPO/contact center environment may be helpful, but not essential.
We serve companies across every vertical, and familiarity with the leaders of a broad range of organizations will be advantageous. Prior global responsibility will be needed, and significant international travel may be required.
