Vice President of Sales & Marketing A privately held call center service bureau is currently seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The VP of Sales and Marketing would be responsible for developing and contracting new business for the organization. The vertical ranges and current client industries include Wireless, healthcare, financial and utilities. This organization handles inbound, outbound and Back-Office (non-voice) programs. There are several call centers that are positioned within the United States and Philippines. This organization sells on-shore and off-shore services. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:  Develop Annual Strategic Business plan  This is a hunter position…cold calling…new prospecting…an individual contributor with no ceiling.  Must be competent in support of RFPs and the development of their responses, proposal development, and delivery of PowerPoint presentations.  Provide reasonable sales activity reporting as directed.  Travel nationally. Up to 40% of the time, if required. Qualifications: Required  Five to ten years successful experience selling business-to-business services to or for Fortune 1,000; specifically in the following industries (i.e. Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, and Technology.  Account management abilities.  Must be able to demonstrate a personal successful track record in direct selling of services and or products to businesses within the majority of past experience.  Having a contact and/or prospect network that is current and strong is a plus.  Experienced and accomplished in delivering stand up executive level management presentations.  Must have successfully sold multi year, multi million dollar service and or product contracts.  Experience responding to RFPs and writing proposals.  Strong closing and prospecting skills.  Must have a confident and structured approach to sales (a proven process of prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, creating the need and closing the business).  Excellent oral and written communication skills. Compensation: $110K-$125K Base + Commissions – First year annual projections $175K-$200K+ Virtual Office Arrangements
