Stacy has been a leader in the recruiting industry since 1999 and is now recognized as the premier provider in the call center vertical. Born and raised in Cleveland, Stacy was educated at Cleveland State University. Prior to launching Global Executives, she excelled in the hospitality industry—both in operations and human resources. Stacy had a distinguished 10-year career at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, opening restaurants and new concepts throughout the US. She directed all HR functions in the Philadelphia market prior to returning to Cleveland. There Stacy joined the Call Center Group, an executive search firm, and specialized in the BPM/ITO sector.  Her call center expertise integrates all voice and non-voice CRM technologies. Stacy is extensively engaged throughout the field, and Global Executives has developed an international database of distinguished industry professionals.

As a student of history (Amherst College and University of Cincinnati,) he understands the cultural diversity inherent in our clients’ business. Stewart has directed operations in all aspects of the hospitality industry and has devised leading organizational and change solutions that leverage market opportunities. This deep appreciation of structure has enabled him to integrate talent management so that it drives revenue and income. Ginni Garner is a Partner and Managing Director of Sanford Rose Associates – Cleveland East. She has over twelve years of experience in the Executive Search industry helping clients fill critical executive and management openings in business process outsourcing, call center, healthcare service and healthcare finance organizations. Her career has spanned from small boutique firms to publicly traded Heidrick & Struggles. Ginni’s knowledge of corporate cultures, global business practices, and evolving client needs enables her to quickly assess and recruit compatible talent. In addition to her practice serving global outsourcing organizations, she is a Partner with the Healthcare Services Practice of Sanford Rose Associates. The practice focuses on recruiting executives for health systems, healthcare technology and healthcare finance organizations. Biography:
As President, Rick founded Burgess Executive Search & Consulting (formerly known as CC Talent) in 2007. Since then, he’s been responsible for the strategic direction and daily operations of the company. He’s also responsible for completing search assignments for clients in a variety of industries and  organizations domestically and internationally. For over 15 years he has completed senior management  and mid-management assignments with organizations ranging in size from the emerging privately held family business to the Fortune 500 conglomerates. Rick travels to meet his clients frequently and understands the importance of developing personal relationships as well as meeting the leadership team involved in the search process. He believes that there is nothing more impactful in the search process than to see and feel a client company in-person. In the last 16 years he has physically been in over 400 client offices throughout the world.
Prior to Burgess Executive Search, Rick was a managing partner with Kaye/Bassman International. He was named managing partner after his first year. This was an accomplishment that had never been achieved during Kaye/Bassman’s 20 year history and for 5 years he maintained managing partner status until leaving the firm in 2006. From 1996 until 2000, Rick founded, built and lead Human Resource Dimensions (HRD). HRD was an executive search and consulting firm specializing in the call center industry and was one of the first firms to do so. 
From 1980 until 1996, Rick established a successful management career with respected Fortune 500 Companies such as Baltimore Gas & Electric, AT&T, Sprint and Merck-Medco. The first half of his career focused on running or supporting large scale customer contact centers. The ladder half of his career was focused on leading human resource teams that supported large scale customer contact centers.
